BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON THE BEACON HILL WOMEN’S FORUM WEBSITE,
YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW:
1. Use of Website Information and Materials. The information and materials contained at https://beaconhillwomensforum.org (the “Website”), and the terms, conditions, and descriptions that appear on the Website, are subject to change at any time and without any notice. BHWF may change the terms of use applicable to the Website at any time by posting revised Terms of Use provisions on the Website. Any such revision will become effective immediately upon posting. Unauthorized use of the Website including but not limited to unauthorized entry into BHWF systems, misuse of passwords, or misuse of any information posted on the Website is strictly prohibited. Your eligibility for particular products and services is subject to final determination by BHWF and/or its affiliates.
2. Links. The Website may contain links to other websites controlled or offered by third parties (non-affiliates of BHWF). BHWF SHALL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY INFORMATION, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES POSTED OR OFFERED AT ANY OF THE THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE WEBSITE. By providing links to third-party websites BHWF does not in any way represent an endorsement or recommendation of any products or services offered or information contained therein. BHWF SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED OR ADVERTISED THROUGH THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES. Such third party may have a privacy policy different from BHWF and the third-party website may provide less security than the Website.
3. NO WARRANTY. THE INFORMATION AND MATERIALS CONTAINED IN THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, INFORMATION, LINKS OR OTHER ITEMS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. BHWF DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, ADEQUACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THIS INFORMATION AND MATERIALS AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN SUCH INFORMATION AND MATERIALS. 4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL BHWF BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR CREATION AND USE OF YOUR BHWF ACCOUNT OR THE WEBSITE.
5. Cancellation; You may cancel your account at any time by sending an email to info@beaconhillwomensforum.org.
6. Renewal. Your BHWF membership account will expire one year from time of purchase, unless we or you terminate your account or you cancel prior to the renewal date.
7. Submissions. All information submitted to BHWF via the Website shall be deemed and remain the property of BHWF and BHWF shall be free to use for any purpose contained in information you provide to BHWF through your BHWF account or the Web site. BHWF shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding submitted information except as agreed by BHWF directly with you in writing or as otherwise specifically agreed or required by law. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting or reducing BHWF’s responsibilities and obligations to you in accordance with BHWF Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy Policy. The BHWF website is a membership site where paid members of the BHWF can access special tools and resources only available to paid BHWF members and therefore the personal information you provide us will be stored in the database of the Website. The information you provide to BHWF will only be accessible through a password system only for administrators of the Website can access. BHWF will maintain control over the confidentiality of your information, which includes having physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable federal standards.
9. Limitations on Use. Only one individual may access the Website at the same time using the same email or password, unless BHWF agrees otherwise. BHWF reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately revoke your BHWF membership account for any misuse of your account, or misappropriation of the Website’s content.
10. Valid Email Address. You must supply and maintain a valid and verified email address in order to create and maintain your BHWF membership account. Invalid email addresses, and those that have not been verified through the verification email sent upon sign-up, will be deleted from our system and you will be denied access to the Website.
11. Additional Terms. Certain sections or pages on the Website may contain separate terms and conditions, which are in addition to these terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict, the additional terms and conditions deemed by BHWF to be most acceptable will govern for those sections or pages.
12. Governing Law. These terms and conditions of use shall be governed by all applicable laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
